INTERVIEWS

The interview section includes in-depth interviews tape recorded by Peter with willing scientists about their work; these are played back and analysed by participants who are then required to conduct interviews themselves and to write articles for selected target audiences. These are evaluated and discussed in class.

The longer workshops give additional attention to interview skills, particularly those required for television. In addition, they provide the time needed for participants to hone their writing skills.
