This particular year Jonathon hosted the show and had to contend with the antics
of the late Rod Hull and Emu. For our visitors from overseas let me explain just
a little about the latter. Nobody was safe when Emu was around as you will see
from some of these captures. Some years ago a group of kids from my school were
invited to play on a show which featured the pair. They were terrified of what
Emu might do to them and spent the whole day watching their backs!! Rod wasn't a
ventriloquist - he just terrorised people with the deadly bird.
Time to meet Emu
How long before Emu attacks?
Er......Not that long!
