Why: One of the greatest ( and saddest) love songs ever written. The love song of ”Highlander” with Christopher Lambert as Connor MacLeod when he buries his beloved Heather. Why: Another great song from the Highlander era, this time from “Highlander: TS”. This song plays as Duncan MacLeod, Connor’s protege, says his farewell to Tessa after she has been murdered. As far as Scott goes this song can fit the same situations as “Who Wants To Live Forever?”. And yes, I know that both “Who Wants To Live Forever?” and this song has little to do with “X-men” and Scott but I love them, who doesn’t? These songs plays for these two great romances, my favourite Immortal Connor and his beloved Heather with whom he stayed till she died from old age in the Highlands of Scotland in the late 1500`s/early 1600`s and Duncan and Tessa who lived together for 12 years in Paris till her death in 1993.
