Protecting an Unborn Child

The purpose of this spell is to protect the unborn child either in your own womb or that of a friend (family member) I find the best time to do this spell is during the afternoon (yes I know, its not the usual time to do a spell of this grandure).

It is best to be alone in a quite area on the day of a waxing. I also find it nice to have a familiar with you (my cat is my familar and I've done this spell as she is sleeping). Face in the direction of the person's sign. (e.g. my friend is a pisces so i face west for water),

For candles I only used yellow, but i would also suggest blue and violet, however a bag is needed so the bag could be either of these colours as well.

In the bag you need to mix Fennel, Rosemary,Mandrake and Witch Hazel.

Shake the bag over the flame (not too close) and you can say whatever incantation you wish but I used:
"To this world this unborn child protect,
Harm that comes its way shall not stay,
Help me spirits I can not do this alone
(I or)My friend need(s) this child for (my)her own.
The love is there everything is right,
except this child needs our protection tonight.
And let it be done that it harm no one"

Then place the bag in a safe place, and leave it there until the child is born.
