Make a poppet of person to bind. Take a lenght of white silk ribbon. Bless it with cleansing and clearing incense. Bless poppet with blessing oil. With silk ribbon, bind poppet three times, saying:
"My will onto thee, your friendship to me
I bind you from harm by using this charm,
Three times three, this is my will,
So mote it be!"
Hide the poppet in a secret place. You are now karmically bound: BEWARE!!! But you can heal his/her spirit at least.
