USAGE: To relieve stress

You will need:
A censer or dish with lit charcoal
A bowl of water
Herbs or incense.
Cast a Circle.
Visualize all of the stress as the incense or herbs. Breathe deeply, hold, then cast some of the incense on the charcoal, saying,
"Into smoke, fly toward the heavens, leave my body, be gone!"
And visualize the stress flowing out of your body with the air which pushes awake the smoke. Breathe deeply, then exhale again, saying the same thing. do this a total of three times, or as long as you feel necessary to remove the stress. Dip your hand in the water, then brush your eyes, lips, forehead and neck with a damp hand.
Sprinkle a small amount of water on the charcoal, saying:
"I am cleansed of this negativity, I am ready to go forth unhindered by those bonds."
Do this three times, extinguishing the charcoal with the last water.
