To dedicate myself to you.
I do swear to live by The Rede,
"An' it harm none, do what thou wilt"
And to protect your honor as my own.
I take on a new name in dedication to your service
From this day forth, I take on the name (name),
For all spiritual work,
And I wear this pentagram as a tribute to you"
