"Although an individual's body may show signs of age prior to ascension, all these signs will change and the physical appearance of the individual will be transformed into the glorified body. Therefore, ascension will not be in an earthly body, but a spiritual one in which the form has been changed the instant it is immersed in the Flame of the Divine." - Serapis Bey
When the "Honor Flame of The Divine" is employed, one's goals become God/dess oriented, and there can be no possibility of deviation from the human monad 1 when one is motivated by an absolute determination toward Godliness. The world is filled with human beings and human creation, but it is to The Divine that we must turn for our freedom. This vital behavior will work twice as effectively in those lives that have expressed honor, justice, and mercy and have implemented spiritual exercises.
One of the little bits of information which I sometimes hesitate to pass on to students because it deals with a process that is almost mechanical, is the conveyance of The Divine's energy down to the base of the spinal column and the reversal of that energy back to the heart of the Presence. This process, which has sometimes been used haphazardly by those who are inept in the practice of that which is called Kriya yoga 2, will operate perfectly automatically in those individuals whose devotion to Godliness is great enough.
In the past, many of those who levitated into the atmosphere did so by reason of the intensity of their magnetization of the energy of the Honor Flame of The Divine above. The floating into the air of these Ascended Masters was an attest to their devout and intimate relationship with the Divine Presence. Thus the winged God/dess Self will raise one back to The Divine's own heart, and that which descended will also ascend. The alchemical marriage (the union of the lower self with the Higher Self) will take place when the lower self has shown good faith and the willingness to fulfill all obligations set forth in the Covenant of Divine Reunion.
Some may say that in the case of an ascension the flesh form will rise, leaving a pile of white ash upon the ground beneath the feet of the aspirant. This is true in some cases where the alchemy of the ascension is performed a bit prematurely and for cosmic reasons. In this instance the white ash is the residue of the life stream. In other cases this residue is absent from the spot where the individual ascended, having been transmuted by an intense transformational action.
It is true, although the form of an individual may show signs of age prior to his ascension, that all of these signs will change and that the physical appearance of the individual will be transformed into the glorified body. The individual ascends, then, not in an earthly body but in a glorified spiritual body into which the physical form is changed in the instant the total immersion in the great Honor Flame of The Divine enters one's consciousness. The physical body ceases and they achieve a state of weightlessness. This resurrection takes place as the great Divine Flame envelops the shell of human creation that remains and transmutes, in a pattern of cosmic grids, all of the cell patterns of the individual - the bony structure, the blood vessels and all bodily processes which go through a great metamorphosis. The blood in the veins changes to liquid golden light; the throat Chakra glows with an intense blue-white light; the spiritual eye in the center of the forehead becomes an elongated Divine flame rising upward; the garments of the individual are completely consumed -- and they take on the appearance of being clothed in a white robe -- the seamless garment of the Ascended Masters. Sometimes the long hair of the Higher Mental Body appears as pure gold on the ascending one; then again, eyes of any color may become a beautiful electric blue or a pale violet.
These changes are permanent, and the ascended one is able to take their light body with them wherever they wish or they may travel without the glorified spiritual body. Ascended beings can and occasionally do appear upon earth as ordinary mortals, putting on physical garments resembling the people of earth and moving among them for cosmic purposes. This Saint Germain did after his ascension when he was known as the Wonderman of Europe. Such an activity is a matter of dispensation received from the Karmic Board.
Merely to be carried by the Spirit, or to be raised temporarily into the atmosphere in levitation is not the same as the Ascension. Elijah the prophet, was taken up in a "chariot of fire." This so-called "chariot", may be actualized or symbolically qualified as the transmutation process of the Ascended One turns as chariot wheels in the fiery substance of the ascension flame until every atom, cell, and electron is purified of all dross 3. Thus one is propelled into the Ascension Flame as these "wheels within wheels"' are stepped up in vibratory rate until they spin with the intensity of light itself and the divine tone sounds forth from within them the note of individual victory.
The flame of the ascension is the key which unlocks the door to immortality for every one. The flame is the vehicle which conveys the ascended one back to the heart of their Divine Presence. One retains full consciousness of this entire ritual and, once ascended, they become, on the instant an emissary of the Divine in carrying out the various goals of the cosmic plan.
The Divine Essence is what plans our cosmic futures. No one can actually work against the divine goals set forth. Although mankind has chosen to rebel against the will of The Divine and has walked in darkness and in ignorance, many have professed to be great souls, avatars, or spiritual beings of great power. The reality of that power is determined by the eternal Spirit of God, and illumination and grace are conveyed to every life through the Spirit of Godliness.
The ascension is an inevitable part of the divine system. It consists of these initiations: the transfiguration into the divine configuration, the resurrection from dead substance, and, at last, that of the ascension flame itself which raises mankind out of the domain of recalcitrant energies and all treacherous activities, mortal imperfection and error. The ascension is the beginning of the kingdom for each one; and when every soul is taken and none left, the world itself will ascend back to the heart of God, a planet victorious.
To this end must we work and serve. The pyramid of cosmic truth, built on firm foundations, must rise from the great plains of Mamre 4. The Eternal Mother must shield the Eternal Child. The shell of cosmic purity must trumpet forth the victory of mankind in accordance with the divine plan.
The course of life may wend its way over a variegated terrain and under a multitude of circumstances, but when the stream becomes crystal clear and purified, it merges with the sea of glass--the cosmic cube of perfection, the white stone that signifies that purpose, ideal, and action have been purified in mankind.
The divine geometry, through the symbol of the pyramid, draws the aspiring consciousness of mankind into the idea of an ascendant life. To ascend is to blend in cosmic unity with the heart of the Eternal. It is the destiny of every one. Those who understand this will rejoice in the consolation of their own ultimate freedom from every earthly travail as cosmic purpose is enthroned in consciousness both now and forever. My hands will be extended in loving welcome to all at the hour of our victory.
A Journey In Meditation
Relax...Get comfortable. We're about to begin a journey in meditation together.
What is meditation, and why should I be interested in it? Two very good questions worth a few words of introduction.
Meditation is the conscious effort to stop the internal chatter of the brain. The brain is always on. It has ideas that it explores, and is thinking of tasks that are yet undone, a previous conversation, etc., etc. Meditation is the training of the subconscious to master the conscious areas of the mind. To shut off the incessant chatter, the nonstop activity that most people consider "normal". If one can master the task, the benefits are far greater than the effort expended.
Why you should be interested? The 20 minutes you spend doing a meditation will equal 4 hrs of REM sleep, for one. The reduction of stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, and other life prolonging benefits are noticeable from the very start. It doesn't cost any money, and you don't have to go anywhere to do it. The wardrobe you have now is fine, and best of all - it's free.
A Word To The Wise:
Get comfortable! Take off any shoes, or clothing, even jewelry that you don't want constricting your relaxation and energy flow. Sit in a comfortable place with plenty of support. I like an overstuffed chair or sofa, propped against the wall with several pillows behind my back or on my bed sitting with pillows against the headboard. Use what you have. The one thing you DO NOT want to do is LIE DOWN. You will have a tendency to fall asleep when you are first learning if you take this position. Meditation is not a nap. It is a mental exercise to train you to be master of your destiny.
Your mind will try to present you with all kinds of juicy ideas that it would love to explore, imagine the possibilities, and before you know it, you have followed the thoughts away from your path. The brain does NOT want you to master it. If your higher self, the Subconscious, has control over the Conscious, you will be master of your destiny. You will be able to erase old mental programs (habits) and replace them with new ones that will be productive. It opens the flow of Universal Information.
The Conscious Mind does not want to relinquish the reins. It has been in the drivers seat so long, it isn't about to move over easily. One of the tricks I have developed to counterattack this is to let the ideas swell up to the forefront of my mind and examine them as they slowly pass away like soap bubbles being released. It's ok to examine them, and images that appear, but don't go down the merry path with them.
Beginning - Breathing
Breathe as a jug fills with water - from the bottom first. Stretch the air into the lungs filling them as you go up. When you can hold no more, imagine the jug emptying the same way - exhale from the bottom first squeezing the lungs free of the stagnant air. Do so in smooth, easy, continuous breaths getting a rhythm as you do. It is not necessary to continually breath in this fashion, although I know those that do. It is to master breath and get in touch with the body. (If you are to master your mind, you'll have to start with it's slave first - the body!)
Let the exhaled air take away stress as you let it out. Imagine the newly "poured-in" air bringing in a freshness that purifies you with each successive breath. Imagine a crisp day, as clean, healthy oxygen fills and repairs the smallest reaches of your organism. Blood taking the cleansing gas to all parts of your body.
Relax and Let Go
Start with your feet. Let the muscles go loose, feel a warmth grow and slowly move up to your ankles. Feel the muscles in your calves grow warm and relaxed. Move this warm feeling of relaxation up the body slowly enveloping every nerve and fiber. Let the thoughts that pass through your mind, evaporate and continue to relax until every part has been just as loose and relaxed as you can be.
When you have reached this blissful state, let the energy of mind concentrate on the Third Eye, or area between your eyebrows and up about an inch. Eventually, you will immediately have your energy focused on this spot as you progress. Keep still the mind, do not struggle with the thoughts that well up, keep your goal in mind, empty your mind, let them pass away, out of your head taking all stresses and built up frustrations over those subjects with them.
Enjoy this state for 20 minutes. You may look at the clock in the beginning, but make yourself stick to 20 minutes. You'll find that your mind will keep perfect time for you after it has learned what period of time you want to be under for. It is an amazing fact, but time is a construct of our minds.
Slowly bring your mind to a wakeful state. Let the lungs breathe deeply now. Slowly let your arms and legs come back to a waking state. Slowly open your eyes and reacquaint yourself with the world. This may take a few minutes. I usually give myself 5-10 minutes to come out of it.
Personal Ritual
I set up a little altar with a small glass of water, a candle, an incense tray, incense for what energy I am working towards (love, healing, monetary help), a flower, slices of fruit, or crackers, and a 5X7 framed picture of myself.
When I am beginning my meditation, I will light the candle and incense, thinking of how important fire is to my life. It keeps me warm and heats my food. I pay homage to Fire. The incense is the air that I breath. It is the substance my prayers are carried to the fates on. I pay homage to Air. Next I sip a small portion of the water, rolling it in my mouth feeling its liquidity, thinking about how rare liquid water is in the universe and how very fortunate we are to have it. I pay homage to Water. The last item is a picture of myself, and here I pray to be worthy of the Path I have chosen and to bring Honor and Spirit to all that I do.
When I am through meditating, I will drink the water and eat the fruit. Extinguish the candle - don't blow it out. It is an affront to Fire to use Air to dismiss it. I thank the Spirit and begin the rest of my day.
After One Month
By now you should feel pretty comfortable with meditation. Have you noticed a more calm demeanor, and perhaps more restful sleep at night? Do you wake up ready for the day any easier? Your mental alertness has been put on notice and a clearer picture of your spiritual strength should start to emerge.
Have you noticed your internal timekeeper is working perfectly? Twenty minutes right on the dot. And you thought you needed a fancy Rolex to keep time with...
You will be able to induce this state at will, if you continue to practice meditation. Other chakras can be activated in the same way, and beneficial healing energies raised. When you have a strong feeling that you have mastered the technique, you will be ready for Phase Two, or replacing worn out programs for new efficient ones that work. Yes, you can break the smoking habit, or lose weight, or be whatever you desire to be.
Meditation is a tool to open your higher consciousness. It has the capacity to let you begin to project your consciousness to far away places. This is called remote viewing, or closely related - astral projection. As you let your higher centers fire, you'll notice an increase in psychic energy. You may even begin to see "glows" around people, or vibrant colors, auras depending on your sensitivity level.
These psychic abilities are inherent in all humans. We have but to develop them. Persistence will pay off in the ability to master the higher courses in Energy Work. Perhaps together we can smooth any rough spots you may have getting your Spiritual Wings strong enough to fly on your own in the Astral Planes.
The Higher Realms of Consciousness
Somehow, in our modern civilization, we have acquired the idea that the mind is working best when it runs at top speed. Yet, this is not true. A racing mind lacks time to even finish one thought. It just churns out whatever it can, the more the better. Slowing down the mind means not only achieving better quality but actually getting more done. A smooth flow of thought saves a lot of wear and tear on the nervous system, which means more vitality and resilience in the face of stress.
Until you experience it, it sounds like the kind of control that takes the joy out of life. Most thoughts are neither joyous or necessary. Anxious thoughts? Worry? Resentments? Better off without them. No amount of thought will change any of those things. Quite a lot of our troubles are due to thinking too much of those things that we have no control over.
I am not suggesting to throw out the machinery of the mind. I have been meditating for decades, and my mind has never functioned better. I use it when I want to; it does not use me. My thoughts come by invitation. Most thoughts are gate-crashers. Negative emotions like anger and resentment not only come without an invitation, they crash the party, eat all the food, and when the proper guests arrive the plates are empty, the chairs upside down, and the place is in chaos. Quality control simply means that when these uninvited thoughts come, you have the ability to say "Excuse me, but you are not invited".
Meditation then is bringing your mind back in focus to quality thoughts. In many ways, training your mind is like training a dog. When we take it for a walk, it takes off the moment it sees something, it wants to jump the fence and take off. You call, "Come back!". It may take a dozen patient repetitions, but your mind will finally settle down and hasten to your wishes. When you sit down to meditate, that little distraction, barely noticed, slips past the edges of your consciousness. Now, instead of focusing on your meditation, you find yourself going over what you plan to tell the client you are seeing for lunch. When these thoughts come, they can knock on the door of your mind as if they were going to break it down. We get annoyed and open it with a bang, demanding, "Don't you know I'm trying to meditate? Who do you think you are?" That's exactly what the distraction wants. It grins and says, "Thanks, Boss. That's just what I wanted to talk to you about. Have you got a minute?" It stands there with its foot in the door.
Resisting distractions only strengthens them by drawing your attention. Concentrate on the task at hand and as your concentration improves, disturbance from distractions will become less and less. After a while you may not be aware of the distraction at all, your mind will be absorbed in your meditative state.
Everyone knows how painful it is to relive unpleasant memories. The problem is not the memory but the fact that we can not stop thinking about it. Worrying never helps. You can not change one hair on your head by worrying. If you have to think about the past to solve a problem, think about it, draw your conclusions, and then drop it. Don't let your mind run on, turning out the same unproductive stuff. Meditation can help solve such problems in other ways too, by going to their root. Here, I am simply talking about learning to drop at will those haunting specters from the past that nag, "You're no good, you're no good,". . If you could peek into the mind factory, you would see the production line turning out the same emotion-charged memory over and over: "They did that to me in 1985, they did that to me...".
Dwelling on something that happened in the past, or , more likely, on how you misunderstood that event and reacted to your misunderstanding. When you keep pumping attention into an event this way, even a little limp memory gets blown into a big balloon of hostility. If you can withdraw your attention, the balloon is deflated. There is nothing more to it. Brooding can go on until your mind is filled with balloons, and then there is no more room for the joy of living.
Through meditation, you can train your mind to withdraw attention from distractions to the point where no memory can upset you or drive you into compulsive action. Your memories are still there, should you need them, but they have lost their emotional charge. When that old painful memory pops in, clanking its chain and expecting you to run and hide, you will be able to sit calmly, watching the show with an expression of infinite tolerance. When it is finished, you clap your hands and say, "Very impressive. Now if you're through, I have things to do". Not used to this treatment, the memory will duck its head and slink away leaving no trace of disquiet in your mind..
This is not an exaggeration. Through many years of practice you can gain such command over your thinking process that if there is a spurt of hostility towards someone, or a situation, you have only to look at your mind and say "No." The hostility will wither. If resentment creeps in you can say "Please leave," and it will go away. There is nothing like meditation to transform your life.
REMOTE VIEWING
IN THEIR TEMPLE training, the ancient Egyptians referred to psychic development as learning how to "build the bridge". Often, I had used this term in relation to establishing a psychic link with an astral partner. It wasn't until recently that I stumbled upon the above quote. Perhaps I had found an ancient memory locked in my Akashic records that hinted at the ancient body of knowledge we once possessed in our conscious minds.
Many doctrines today have explained about the astral body, also known as the ethereal body, or the "Body of Light. It is our electromagnetic essence known universally as the soul. The soul is our seat of power and allows us access to the Universal Mind. With training, we can slip into this Universal knowledge from our higher self. The conscious mind is sealed from it, for the most part by distractions, emotions or physical illness.
The purpose of this exercise is to train you to build a pathway, or bridge to your Higher Self. Once established, you can access it at will and gather the information you desire, be it the well being of a friend far away, the past lives you once lived, or your own Akashic records. This bridge can also be established with other Astral Partners, and as you learn to use it, becomes stronger and more reliable.
Building the Bridge
There are three main methods that can help you to build this bridge to your own psychic development. These are psychic stimulation through sound, passive meditation, and active meditation.
Our species has been using sound to stimulate psychic ability for thousands of years. The Egyptian temples of wisdom taught that the universe is represented by two sounds. The one representing the Sun and the powers of the day is RA. The second that represents the Moon and powers of the night is MA.
Putting these two together gives us RA-MA. This sound provides vibratory nourishment to your astral body - the source of all psychic activities. Upon rising in the morning, repeat this tone five times, do it also at noon and at sunset, or before you retire for the night. Intone this sound long enough to feel the vibratory flux in your body. To just quickly say, "RAMA,RAMA, RAMA, RAMA, RAMA", will not do anything for you. Feel the tone as it vibrates inside you. Elongate the pronunciation of it to achieve this effect. This will prepare your astral body to become active and properly prepared for the stimulation you are about to subject it to.
Unless your astral body is built up and strengthened, its centers will not open. These centers correspond to the centers of physical activity such as the heart, thyroid, solar plexus, and the brain. The energetical functions of these organs are beyond your present imagining. They do not just pump blood, they are connected to the astral world on the energy level. Those that have gotten a "gut feeling" about something have had their solar plexus center giving them vital information gathered on the energy plane. When you feel an upswelling of emotion at a particularly beautiful piece of music, or event, that is your heart Chakra working on the astral level. We are just now beginning to understand the larger role these points of our organism play in our astral lives. The health of these centers on the energy level can also have a great beneficial effect on healing the physical body, as well.
Passive Meditation
This is best done in a secluded spot, either a field or in the woods where you will not be disturbed by others. Start by sitting quietly and close your eyes. Turn your thoughts to a simple object such as a flower, a plant or a stream. Shut out all other thoughts except the image you have chosen. If it is a tree, think about it from all angles - its appearance, height, scent, method of growing - and so on. Let your mind enter deeply into this meditative state so that you begin to see the world around you from this tree's point of view. Feel the warmth of the sun as it warms your bark, and be aware of the birds nesting in your branches. Sense the strong Earth beneath you as it holds your roots firmly and sends pulsations of nourishment up into your being. Become the object you have selected.
Active Meditation
The purpose of active meditation is creation, to bring into physical manifestation an object or an event or even an attitude or frame of mind in another person. Auric healing is done in this fashion. Visualize the object clearly and without distortion or distraction.
The ultimate objective of your active meditation in the year to come is to create the "bridge of light" between your subtle body and your waking consciousness. Across this bridge you will be able to bring awareness of distant events, a comprehension of things past, and a very good anticipation of things to come. If you are diligent, your Higher Self will also start to communicate with you.
Start your meditation exercises by visualizing a great white orb, like the sun, above your head. It should be as bright as you can make it and about five feet across. See it as pure white, without color or markings. Work on this until it becomes clear in your mind. Your mind will attempt to change this, but you must resist the urge and control your mind and thoughts. Practice this for one month at every opportunity - in the morning, at midday, and before retiring for the evening.
After practicing this exercise for 30 days, try to slowly move yourself up into the white orb during your meditation. At the same time, let it move slowly downward until you are standing in the center of this brilliant sphere. Hold this impressions for three long breaths, at least, before dismissing it from your mind. Do this several times each day, along with the other exercises for one more month.
You must complete the preparatory exercises before you try to enter the sphere of light, which is the most important step in building the bridge between your active and subjective consciousness. You need to properly condition your mind to develop psychic talents.
Crossing Over
When you follow these exercises, some unusual things will begin to happen that demonstrate your establishment of the Bridge of Light. You may find yourself becoming sensitive to certain impressions, experiencing thoughts of others (telepathy) before they speak, or receiving a premonition of an event before it actually happens. Many have reported OBE's (out of body experiences) during this phase of their development. The astral plane you will be able to access is also the place where the Learning Temple is located, known as Askleposis, it is a place where we can access our Akashic records, which contain a complete history of our past, present and future lives.
It is important to successfully build the Bridge of Light that will enable you to cross it anytime you desire and bring back to your waking senses the vast knowledge of the past and present as well as future events. By so doing, you will be ready to travel on the Astral Pathways towards Auric healing and remote viewing, also known as SRV, or scientific remote viewing.
Cylinders of the Pharaoh
Recently, breakthrough research from a group of Russian scientists and parapsychologists have discovered ancient Egyptian technology that has enabled them to recreate energy devices to boost the physical body's receptivity to the higher vibrational frequencies induced by long periods of meditation. These devices, known as Cylinders of the Pharaoh, enable the user to quickly gain the necessary levels of psionic brain wave activity. They are similar to galvanic batteries and work with the energy centers of the palms.
The ancients used these in order to raise their mental capacities to a high enough level to where they could communicate on the astral plane and gain the soul's energy bands much quicker than if they were not used. The large crowns, known as coronas, that the Pharaoh's used, had an amplifier in them that concentrated these signals onto the hypothalamus.
